25 ml Melon Liqueur, 12 1/2 ml Yellow Chartreuse, 12 1/2 ml Ginger Liqueur, Ginger Beer, 5 Black Liquorice Strands

How To make a Green Ghoul

Add the first three ingredients into a mixing tin and fill with ice. Shake well. Line the inside of a wine glass with strands of black liquorice. Strain into Collins glass and fill with ginger beer.

The combination of ginger and melon, melded with the floral notes of chartreuse create an interesting cocktail which doesn`t work as well as hoped for. Great colour though.
