750 ml Jamaican Amber Rum, 600 ml Cognac, 50 ml Peach Brandy, 1 cup Sugar, 3 1/2 cups Water, 1 1/2 cups Lemon Juice, Lemon Slices
Stir together sugar and 3½ cups water in a large bowl or pot until sugar is dissolved. Add lemon juice, rum, Cognac, and peach brandy and chill. Make sure it is covered for at least 3 hours. Put half-gallon ice block in a punch bowl and pour punch over it.
This strong rum-based punch is bursting with flavour and sure to get any party well and truly started.
