The Ingredients
25 ml Dark Rum, 25 ml Ruby Port, 25 ml Lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon Sugar, Soda Water
How To make a Chicago Fizz
Pour all ingredients , except the soda water, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top up with soda water.
