The Ingredients
50 ml Gin, 25 ml Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon Sugar, chilled Champagne
How To make a Champagne Fizz
Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktails shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Champagne.

Very similar to the Gin Fizz, only this cocktail uses Champagne instead of soda water.We find this works better with both a dry gin and a dry Champagne.
