Brandy Smash
The Ingredients
65 ml Brandy, 25 ml Soda Water, 4 sprigs Fresh Mint, 1 teaspoon Sugar, Maraschino Cherry
How To make a Brandy Smash
Muddle the mint, sugar and soda water in an Old-Fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the brandy and stir well. Garnish with a cherry.
