The Ingredients

37 1/2 ml Brandy, 20 ml Yellow Chartreuse, 20 ml Lemon Juice, splash of Soda Water

How To make a Brandy Daisy

Stir well with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a chilled Collins glass and top up with a splash of chilled club soda .

A dry cocktail which has a nice but not spectacular flavour. Not as good as its classic status would suggest.
