The Ingredients

37 1/2 ml Tequila, 37 1/2 ml Crème de Cacao, 20 ml Red Food Colouring

How To make a Bloody Aztec

Pour tequila and crème de cacao into a cocktail shaker, add ice and mix. Pour red food colouring into bottom of a rocks glass. Pour contents of shaker into rocks glass. Do not stir.

As opposed to the Bloody Mary the Bloody Aztec uses red colouring instead of tomato and the tequila replaces the vodka. The chocolate flavours paired with the agave notes of the tequila create a very interesting combination. Worth a try.
