Bitter Elder
The Ingredients
50 ml Gin, 75 ml Apple Juice, 20 ml Lemon Juice, 12 1/2 ml Elderflower Cordial, 3 dashes Old Fashioned Bitters
How To make a Bitter Elder
Add all the ingredients to a mixing tin and add lots of ice. Shake thoroughly and strain into a Collins glass with loads of ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
