50 ml Plymouth Gin, 12 1/2 ml Elderflower Liqueur, 12 1/2 ml Lemon Juice, 12 1/2 ml Simple Syrup, 4 large Basil leaves, dash of Orange Bitters, dash of Peychards Bitters, Orange twist

How to make
Muddle basil with the lemon juice and simple syrup at the bottom of a mixing glass. Add gin, elderflower liqueur and the bitters. Add ice and cap the mixing glass with a Boston shaker. Shake for 10 seconds then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. To garnish, roll up the basil leaf and wrap the orange twist around and place inside the glass.
