The Ingredients
37 1/2 ml Spice Rum, 20 ml Banana Syrup, 20 ml Lime Juice, dash of Angostura Bitters,Caramelized Banana Dust
How To make a Banana Hammock
Make the banana dust by caramelizing sugar with banana syrup and spiced rum. Rim a coupe glass with the banana dust. Pour the rum, syrup, lime and bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into the prepared coupe glass.
