How To make a Banana Daiquiri Jelly Shot

Pour the lime juice, simple syrup and water into a glass container and add the gelatin. Allow this to sit for 1 minute. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir thoroughly, ensuring the gelatin is dissolved. Add the rum and the banana liqueur. Stir thoroughly. Pour into shot glasses. Refrigerate until the liquid sets. Serve cold.
