Apricot Sour

The Ingredients

37 1/2 ml Bourbon Whiskey, 12 1/2 ml Apricot Brandy, 25 ml Apple Juice, 20 ml Lemon Juice, 2 spoons Apricot Jam

How To make a Apricot Sour

Add the jam and the bourbon to the mixing tray and stir until the jam dissolves. Add the other ingredients and lots of ice. Shake well and strain over ice. Garnish with lemon zest twist.
