37 1/2 ml Bourbon Whiskey, 12 1/2 ml Apricot Brandy, 25 ml Apple Juice, 20 ml Lemon Juice, 2 spoons Apricot Jam
Add the jam and the bourbon to the mixing tray and stir until the jam dissolves. Add the other ingredients and lots of ice. Shake well and strain over ice. Garnish with lemon zest twist.
A short and fruity concoction which is bursting with sweet apricot flavours.
