The Brighton cocktail bar scene has really been gathering pace over the last few years, with a great range of concoctions from the Hemingway Daiquiri and the Mint Julep to the Blue Lagoon and the Brazilian Caipirinha available in bars such as Koba and Hotel Du Vin bar.
