Eschewing the mainstream beer brands, we prefer to highlight some great breweries here in Scotland – William Bros, Deeside and Innis & Gunn. Our seasonal cocktail lists favour homemade ingredients and vintage glassware, as well as niche spirit categories. The kitchen is run by local fine-dining outfit Beetroot, offering a set menu of colonial cuisine, cut with local produce, in a simple five-five-five format (starters | mains | desserts).
