The Tippling House offers casual imbibing and colonial dining in an industrial age-inspired port town tavern. Particular attention has been paid to what we serve and who we serve. Eschewing the mainstream beer brands, we prefer to highlight some great breweries here in Scotland – William Bros, Deeside and Innis & Gunn. Our seasonal cocktail lists favour homemade ingredients and vintage glassware, as well as niche spirit categories. The kitchen is run by local fine-dining outfit Beetroot, offering a set menu of colonial cuisine, cut with local produce, in a simple five-five-five format (starters | mains | desserts).
