Heads & Tales is Edinburgh’s newest gin lounge bar situated in the basement of The Rutland Hotel. The bar has an obvious nod to all things juniper and is home to two gin stills, Flora and Caledonia, which will be operated by Edinburgh Gin.

This unique bar allows customers the chance to see the stills in action while enjoying the extensive gin list, carefully selected beers, spirits and wines on offer. There is also an incredible cocktail list which is full of original, unique creations and a few classics. The lounge bar seats up to 70 people and serves Scottish charcuterie. It is the perfect city centre spot to catch up with friends and relax.
