Sake

Sake is an alcoholic beverage of Japanese origin that is made from fermented rice. Sake is sometimes referred to as “rice wine”, however Sake is actually produced by means of a brewing process more like that of beer, hence, Sake is more like a “rice beer”.

Sake is used in many cocktails including Bloody Ninja and the Kyoto Sour.
