Red Wine

Red Wine is a type of wine made from dark-coloured grape varieties. The colour of red wine can range from intense violet through to brick red for mature wines and brown for older red wines. The juice from most black grapes used to make red wine is greenish-white; the red colour comes from anthocyan pigments naturally present in the skin of the grape.

Red Wine is a key ingredient in the Bishop Cocktail and the Very Berry Sangria.
