Cypriot Brandy

Cypriot Brandy production began in Cyprus in 1871 and is still one of the most popular alcoholic drinks among Cypriot locals. The main difference between Cypriot Brandy and its European counterparts is that it has a slightly lower alcohol concentration, at 32%. It is the basis of one of the most popular cocktails in Europe, the Brandy Sour.
