The last few years has witnessed a big increase in the popularity of Gin and with that has come the resurgence of the Gin Cocktail. The herbal flavour of gin works well with an array of other flavours and forms the base of some of the worlds most iconic and indeed oldest cocktails, such as the Clover Club, the Gimlet and indeed the legendary Martini.
