Top 10 Christmas Party Cocktails
As we move towards the end of the year, folks at home and in the workplace have started planning the big bash of the year – the annual Christmas Party. This can be quite a stressful for party organisers, as year after year, people try to up the ante and deliver the best Christmas Party ever.
There are many elements to a Christmas Party: location, who to invite, entertainment, theme, music, food and drink. For many, the drink element is often key for a successful event and, due to their explosion in popularity, cocktails have become the go-to drink to celebrate the season with friends and colleagues. Cocktails are fun, look great with their variety of colours and add a touch of class when served in the appropriate glassware. Cocktails also cover a wide spectrum of tastes, so everyone is kept happy. The days of just beer, cider or a spirit + mixer are now in the past.
If you decide to serve cocktails, you have 2 main options.
Firstly, you can summon your inner mixologist by making them yourself. To help you succeed, you will need all the correct spirits, liqueurs, fruit juices, sodas, fruit garnishes and ice plus all the relevant tools, such as a cocktail shaker and strainer.
Alternatively, you can hire a company like Social and Cocktail Events, who will supply a full cocktail package, including: mobile cocktail bar, cocktail bartender, cocktail glassware and all the ingredients, ice and garnishes required to make up some delicious cocktails.
The list of cocktails just gets longer every year, so, to help you decide on your Christmas Party cocktails, we have selected 10 that will always go down a treat.
