Cypriot Lemon Squash cocktails
Cypriot Lemon Squash is a sweetened or unsweetened lemon-based concentrate that is mixed with a liquid, most commonly water or seltzer, before drinking. It is made specifically from Cypriot lemons and is used in the Cypriot version of the Brandy Sour cocktail.

50 ml Cypriot Brandy, 25 ml Cypriot Lemon Squash, 3 drops Angostura Bitters, dash of Lemonade
