The Ingredients
60 ml Dry Vermouth, 30 ml Plymouth Gin, several dashes of Orange Bitters, 20 ml Lemon Juice , 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup, Lemon Peel
How To make a Zanzibar
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled hurricane glass.Twist the lemon peel over the top of the drink and drop it in the glass.

This martini has a very good sweet and sour balance, through the lemon juice and simple syrup. This is one of our favourite martini variations.
