37 1/2 ml Gin, 5 ml Passion Fruit Syrup, 5 ml Falernum, 5 ml Orgeat Syrup, 15 ml Lemon Juice, Lemon Wheel, Mint
Add all the ingredients to the mixing tin with a scoop of crushed ice. Transfer into blender and blend on high speed for 3 – 4 seconds. Fill sling glass with cubed ice and pour drink straight in and top up with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon wheel and some fresh mint.
The gin complements the falernum well whilst the orgeat drives a wonderful aroma.A well balanced fruity concoction. A winner.
