25ml Xante, 25ml Triple-Sec, 25ml Lemon Juice, 3 Cardamoms
How To make a Pear and Cardamom Sidecar
Crush the cardamoms and muddle with the rest of the ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake over ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
