The Ingredients
37 1/2 ml Gin, 12 1/2 ml Lime Juice, 12 1/2 ml Lemon Juice, 30 ml Simple Syrup, 50 ml Half and Half, 1 Egg White, 2 dashes Orange Flower Water, Soda Water
How To make a New Orleans Fizz
Place all the ingredients except the soda water into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water.
