Kyoto Sour

The Ingredients

60 ml Sake, 2 slices Fresh Grapefruit, 10 ml Lemon Juice, 15 ml Agave Nectar, 2 dashes Green Tabasco, Mint Sprig

How To make a Kyoto Sour

Muddle grapefruit and Tabasco in a cocktail shaker. Add sake, lemon juice and agave nectar. Shake vigorously. Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
