The Ingredients
60 ml Vodka, 20 ml Lime Juice, 20 ml Simple Syrup, 4 Fresh Mint Sprigs, 1 Mint Leaf
How To make a Kremlin Colonel
Mix all ingredients, except the mint leaf, in a shaker. Strain in a highball glass. Garnish with the mint leaf.

This is basically a Mint Julep with the vodka replacing the bourbon. We much prefer the original version.
