The Ingredients
50 ml Tequila, 25 ml Freshley Squeezed Lemon Juice, drizzle of Sugar Syrup, splash of Soda Water
How To make a Juan Collins
Mix the tequila, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a tall glass with ice, top up with soda water. Garnish with maraschino cherry and serve in a Collins glass.
