25 ml Brandy, 75 ml Ginger Ale, dash Angostura Bitters
How To make a Horses Neck
Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into Old Fashioned glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon zest. If required, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.
