15 ml Gin, 15 ml Vodka, 15 ml Tequila, 15 ml White Rum, 15 ml Triple Sec, 25 ml Lemon Juice, 30 ml Gomme syrup, splash of Champagne
How To make a Harvard Iced Tea
Mix ingredients in glass over ice, stir with bar spoon, garnish with a lemon slice and serve in a chilled highball glass.

This variation of the Long Island Iced Tea adds Champagne to the potent and flavoursome concoction. It works well enough but we still prefer the original version.
