125 ml Golden Rum, 25 ml Dark Rum, 10 ml 151 Rum, 6 dashes Absinthe, 6 dashes Angostura Bitters, 50 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice, 50 ml Orange Juice, 50 ml Pineapple Juice, 50 ml Lime Juice, 25 ml Falernum, 50 ml Grenadine Syrup, Cinnamon
How To make a Volcano
Add all ingredients (except 151 proof rum) into a large mixing glass filled with ice. Stir with a bar spoon for 15 seconds. Pour into a mixing bowl or a volcano bowl if you have one available. Top with crushed ice. Pout on 151 proof rum and set light. Sprinkle cinnamon over drink to garnish.
