25 ml Gin, 25 ml Galliano, 25 ml Lime Juice, top-up Ginger Ale, fresh Mint Leaves, Mint Sprig
Pour the gin, Galliano and lime juice into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale. Rub a mint leaf around the rim of the glass. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
Essentially a Gin Buck with the addition of Galliano, this is a great introduction to the wonderful flavours and aromas of this herbal liqueur.
