Diamond Fizz
The Ingredients
50 ml Gin, 25 ml Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon Sugar, chilled Champagne
How To make a Diamond Fizz
Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 10 – 15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Champagne.
