The Ingredients

50 ml Gin, 20 ml Cherry Brandy, 37 1/2 ml Orange Juice, Top-Up Ginger Beer

How To make a Desert Cooler

Add the first 3 ingredients to the mixing tin with lots of ice. Shake thoroughly, strain over lots of ice and top-up with ginger beer. Garnish with a orange slice.
