The Ingredients
37 1/2 ml Gin, 37 1/2 ml Pear Vodka, 12 1/2 ml Blue Curacao, 12 1/2 ml Dry Vermouth, dash of Orange Bitters
How To make a Dafne Martini
Pour the gin, pear vodka, blue curacao, and dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well for 10 – 15 seconds. Strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass. Add a dash of orange bitters.
