The Ingredients
37 1/2 ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 15 ml Bitter Truth Apricot Brandy Liqueur, 20 ml of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice, Quartered Orange, glug of Egg White, Orange Wheel
How To make a Blue Grass Sour
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Quarter the orange and squeeze the juice into the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 30 seconds to ensure the egg white is well mixed. Double strain the drink into a small barrel tumbler and garnish with an orange wagon wheel.
