50 ml Vodka, 25 ml White Grapefruit Juice, 2 Coriander Leaves, 7 Red Peppercorns, 1 1/2 teaspoon White Sugar, small piece of Ginger, Whole Star Anise, Orange Zest
How To make a As Night Falls
Muddle the peppercorns in a cocktail shaker. Add thinly sliced ginger and muddle again. Add the other ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish with an orange zest and a piece of star anise.
