For our ninth cocktail we’re getting into the ecclesiastical ‘spirit’ with a visit to Reverend JW Simpson.
Their winter cocktail list is a festive furore of warming tipples and heavenly creations that include seasonal favourites such as port, dark rum and a bit of spice.
The Revered present to you here the Larder Batch – a merry combination of Small Batch Bourbon stirred with Pinot Noir reduction and seasoned with pink peppercorns, spiced cardamom and Angostura bitters, all served with a snow – sorry, ice – ball.
