Runny Honey cocktails
Runny Honey is amber coloured honey which runs off the spoon. Runny honey is used in the making of several cocktails, such as the Navy Grog and the Brown Derby cocktail.
Brown Derby
50 ml Bourbon Whiskey, 25 ml Grapefruit Juice, 5 ml Runny Honey, Grapefruit Zest
Lucky Lindy
50 ml Bourbon Whiskey, 12 1/2 ml Lemon Juice, 2 spoons Runny Honey, Top -Up Lemonade
Mint and Honey Daiquiri
50 ml Light Rum, 12 1/2 ml Lime Juice, 2 spoons of Runny Honey, 3 Mint Leaves
Navy Grog
50 ml Dark Rum, 25 ml Light Rum, 20 ml Lime Juice, 50 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice, 12 1/2 ml Runny Honey, Top-Up Soda
