Apricot Jam cocktails
Apricot Jam is made from apricots, caster sugar, water, lemon juice and butter and is sometimes used as an additional ingredient in cocktails, such as the popular Apricot Sour.

37 1/2 ml Bourbon Whiskey, 12 1/2 ml Apricot Brandy, 25 ml Apple Juice, 20 ml Lemon Juice, 2 spoons Apricot Jam
